We highly recommend that if you are local to the Calgary and surrounding areas, that you personally come and drop your inclusions off. Frozen, thawed or spoiled is fine for direct drop off.  If you are mailing us your inclusions, these are the things you need to know. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items while in transit to or from us. So please get tracking for your package. When mailing us breastmilk, please double bag it in milk storage bags. Please no Ziplock’s, bottles or hard containers. Please make sure the milk is thawed when you send it to avoid package damage. It does not matter if your milk is spoiled. Then place your bag inside a padded mailers bag. We require only 10mls of breastmilk, please don’t send more than that, as the rest will just be discarded and will NOT be sent back to you. If you’re sending cremains, we require a ¼ teaspoon of them, graveyard dirt, about 1 table spoon. If you’re sending dried umbilical stumps pieces, we need 3 to 4 pieces, dried placenta we need 2 capsules, hair/fur, about 30 strands. We can also add dried flowers. If you’d like to add other inclusions that aren’t listed, please send us a message and we can let you know how much to send. Please make sure you are labelling all your inclusions with your first and last name. If you’re sending more than one inclusion, or more than one breastmilk or ash sample, please make sure they are labelled accordingly. We don’t want any mix ups. If there is any inclusions left with the exception of liquid breastmilk, we will send it back to you with your piece. Please make sure your return address is added to your information as well.  Please include a brief note about what piece you are ordering. More information the better. If you're sending hair or fur, please do not attach it with anything sticky like tape. Tie a piece of thread around it and put it in an envelope.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages to or from us. Please get tracking for you package and please don't send that very last of your inclusions.
