Our clients are required to read and fully understand all shop policies. Including shipping instructions, jewelry care and terms and conditions. By completing a purchase with Treasured Inclusions, the client indicates their acceptance and understanding of all shop policies and Terms and Conditions.
Warranty
I offer a 12 month warranty of all pieces if something happens due to the making of the piece starting the day of purchase. Warranty does not cover shipping cost to or from. Turnaround time varies and you must contact me for a current estimated turnaround time. If you plan to wear your piece everyday, I highly recommend sticking with silver or plated white gold jewelry. While plated yellow or rose gold jewelry is absolutely gorgeous, these pieces are meant for occasional wear and the plating will not hold up for everyday wear. It doesn't matter who or where you buy a plated piece from, the rose and yellow gold coloring will fade if you were it everyday. It can happen in days, months, or even a year or two. This is not covered under warranty with me. Silver or plated white gold jewelry will not have this problem. The jewelry will not turn your skin green, black, or any weird color. The metal is solid .925 sterling silver or purer or solid 14k gold, unless stated otherwise. It is safe to wear everyday. The stones will hold up against everyday wear as long as you follow the care instructions I provide to you. Please care for your jewelry diligently as these pieces hold your precious inclusions. Treat them as keepsakes deserving of special care and attention.
Return & Exchange Policy
All our pieces are custom-made upon order. The turnaround time is typically 10-14 weeks AFTER we have received your inclusions. This is only an estimation.
Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, which are crafted to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. In cases where a ring is ordered in an incorrect size and a different size is desired, a fee of $50 will apply to all silver rings, and a fee of $200 or more will apply to all solid gold rings. Should you receive an incorrectly sized ring through no fault of your own, we will bear the cost.
If you do receive a defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt to determine the most appropriate resolution. Note that for defective items, we require the return of the piece for a thorough inspection to decide on the necessary reparations or replacement.
Each piece is distinct and unique. Expect variations as no two pieces are alike. The inclusions you provide will differ from others in color and texture, resulting in a unique appearance in your piece compared to others. We do not issue refunds or exchanges based on these variations.
Cancellation Policy
We DO NOT accept any order cancellations as we custom order all the setting at the time of you ordering. All sale are final.
